Supervision of animal and plant products	Announcement No.82 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021	Announcement on quarantine and hygiene requirements of imported Irish breeding pigs. From October 18th, 2021 , Irish breeding pigs that meet the requirements are allowed to be imported. It is regulated from seven aspects: quarantine approval requirements, Irish animal health status, far m animal health requirements for export breeding pigs, farm quarantine requirements, quarantine requirements before export, disinfection , pack aging and transportation requirements and quarantine certificate requirements .
Customs clearance	Announcement No.84 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021	Announcement on no longer issuing GSP certificates of origin for goods destined for EU member states, UK, Canada , Turkey, Ukraine and Liechtenstein. Since December 1, 2021, the customs will no longer issue GSP certificates of origin for goods ex ported to EU member states, the United Kingdom, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine and Liechtenstein. Non-preferential certificate of origin can be applied for if proof of origin is required.
Administrative approval	Announcement No.87 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021	Announcement on Issuing the Administrative Measures for Export Food Product ion Enterprises to Apply for Overseas Registration. The announcement shall come into force as of January 1, 2022. It is clear that the scope that needs to be registered is that the export food production enterprises do not include the production, processing and storage enterprises of ex po rt food additives and food- related products. The competent department is the General Administration of Customs. The management measures regulate the registration conditions, assessment procedures and post-registration management of export food product ion enterprises.
Administrative approval	General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Announcement No.470, 2021	The People’s Republic of China prohibits carrying or sending the list of animals and plants, their products and other quar antine objects t hat have entered t he ter rit ory . In this revision, some high-r isk animal and plant products and other quar antine objects are added, such as fresh cut flowers, veterinary biological products, tobacco shreds, etc., while some negligible risks of animal and plant products and other quarantine objects are exempted, such as dried, cooked, fermented edible sauce aquatic animal products and processed eggshells, hoof (claw) bones, shellfish, crustaceans and other handicrafts, which are classified more scientifically, for example , aquatic animal products ar listed separately and organically cultivated.
