Announcement No.90 of the General Administration of Custom in 2021 | Announcement on quarantine requirements of imported fresh passion fruit plants in Laos. From November 5th, 2021, the imported fresh passion fruit from Laos that meets relevant requirements will be allowed. Fresh passion fruit (passion fruit, scientific name Pass if loraedul is , English name Passion fruits) from Laos pass ion fruit producing area is allowed to be imported. The announcement stipulated from nine aspects, such as approved orchard and packaging factory registration, pests , orchard management, packaging factory management, packaging requirements, pre-export quarantine, plant quarantine certificate requirements, entry quarantine and unqualified treatment, and retrospective review. |

From November 3rd, 202 1, the import and export fruits of China and Thailand that meet relevant requirements will be allowed to transit through third countries. Commodities allowed to enter and exit are fruits listed in the list of fruit types allowed by the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand. Limited entry and exit ports , 1O ports in China and 6 ports in Tha iland, which are dynamic ally adjusted. The announcement regulates the approved orcha rds, packaging plants and related marks, packaging requirements, phytosanitary certificate requirements , transit third country transportation requirements and entry inspection and quarantine. | Announcement No.85 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021 | Announcement on inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Italia n beef. Since October 26th, 2021, Italian beef that meets relevant requirements is allowed
to be imported. T he products allowed to be imported are froze n a nd chilled deboned skeleta l musc les of cattle under 30 months of age, that is , the skeletal musc les of cattle after being slaughtered and bled except for skin (hair), viscera , head, tail and limbs (below wrist and joints). Products that are not allowed to be imported include minced meat, minced meat, minced meat, leftover bits and pieces, mechanically divided meat and other by-products. The announcement stipulated in four aspects: requirements of production enterprises , inspection and quarantine requirements , certificate requirements , packaging, storage, transportation and labeling requirements. |
