Peanuts produced, processed and stored in Uzbekistan are allowed to be exported to China from March 11, 2020. The inspection and quarantine requirements issued this time are relatively loose. As long as the products that meet the inspection and quarantine requirements for imported peanuts from Uzbekistan, no matter where the peanuts are planted, as long as they are finally produced, processed and stored in Uzbekistan, they can be exported to China.

From February 19, 2020, the ban on U.S. boneless beef and beef w ith bones under 30 months old w ill be lifted. U.S. beef that meets Chinese traceability system and inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed to be exported to China.
Animal and plant products access	Announcement No.32 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs	Announcement on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Imported American Potatoes. From February 21, 2020 , processing fresh potatoes (Solanum tuberosum ) produced in Washington state, Oregon and Idaho in the United States are allowed to be exported to China. It is required that the potatoes exported to China be used only for processed potato tubers and not for planting purposes. The import shall conform to the inspection and quarantine requirements for imported fresh potatoes for processing in the United States.
Animal and plant products access	Announcem ent No.31 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas	Announcement on Preventing Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza from Introducing into China from Slova kia, Hungary, Germany and Ukraine. Imports of poultry and related products directly or indirectly from Slovakia, Hungary, Germany and Ukraine are prohibited from February 21, 2020. Once discovered, they will be returned or destroyed.
Animal and plant products access	Announce ment No.30 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas	Announcement on lifting import restrictions on pet food containing ruminant ingredients in the United States. From February 19, 2020, pet food containing ruminant ingredients in the United States that meets the requirements of our laws and regulations will be allowed to import. The inspection and quarantine requirements to be observed w hen importing have not yet been announced and cannot be imported in the near future.
Animal and plant products access	Announcement No.27 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas	Announcement on lifting the ban on foot-and-mouth disease in parts of Botswana. The ban on foot­ and-mouth disease in some pa时s of Botswana will be lifted from February 15, 2020. The recognized non-immune and non-epidemic areas of foot-and-mouth disease include northeast Botswana, Hangji, Karahadi, southern Botswana, southeast Botswana, Quenen , Katrin and some central Botswana. Allow cloven-hoofed animals and their products that meet the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations in the above areas to be expo时ed to China.

Since February 15, 2020 , Botswana’s ban on bovine contagious pleuropneumonia has been lifted, allowing cattle and related products that meet the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations to be imported into China.

From February 14 , 2020 , restrictions on the import of poultry and poultry products in the United States w ill be lifted, allowing the import of poultry and poultry products in the United States that meet the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations.

Dairy products produced in Slovakia are allowed to be transported to China from February 5, 2020. The permitted scope of this time is foods processed with heat-treated milk or sheep milk as the main raw materials, including pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, modified milk, fermented milk, cheese and processed cheese, thin butter, cream, anhydrous butter, condensed milk, milk powder, whey powder, bovine colostrum powder, casein, milk mineral salt, milk-based infant formula food and its premix (or base powder ), etc. Importing the above products must meet the inspection and quarantine requirements for impo同ed Slovak dairy products.
Certification supervision	Announcement No.3 [2020] of the State Certification and Accreditation Administration	Notice of CNCA on Expanding the Implementation Scope of Daily Designation of Compulsory Product Certification Laboratories) Explosion-proof Electrical and Domestic Gas Appliances are included in the designated scope of CCC Certification Laboratories. Imp 而ng the above products from October 1, 2020 requires importers to provide 3C certification.
Certification supervision	Announcement No.29 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs	Announcement on publishing the list of quarantine sites for imported animals. From February 19, 2020, two new quarantine farms for live pigs will be set up in Guiyang customs area.
License approval	Notice on Further Facilitating Enterprises to Apply for Import and Export Licenses during Epidemic Prevention and Control	The General Office of the Ministry of Commerce issued the Notice on Further Facilitating Enterprises to Apply for Import and Export Licenses during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period. During the epidemic period, enterprises are encouraged to apply for import and expo时 licenses without paper. The Ministry of Commerce further simplified the materials needed for paperless application of import and export licenses and further optimized the application and renewal process of electronic keys.
