Notification: System Optimization and Upgrade of the Unified Customs Clearance Service System for Cross-Border E-Commerce Imports

In accordance with the requirements of the business department, we will be optimizing and upgrading the Cross-Border E-Commerce Import Unified Customs Clearance Service System. The update will take place on September 4th at noon. The details of this update are as follows:

New Features in the List Management Module:

Declaration of Accompanying Documents for Listed Goods” and “Query Accompanying Documents for Listed Goods:
Before declaring cross-border e-commerce retail import goods subject to trade remedy policies, enterprises must first declare the product codes, product names, and other information on this new interface, and upload relevant invoices and documentation. Upon successful declaration, the system will generate a corresponding accompanying document number, which can be queried through the “Query Accompanying Documents for Listed Goods” interface. Please ensure that you carefully review the product information and corresponding evidence documents when declaring accompanying documents for listed goods.

Optimized List Declaration Input and Import Functions:
When declaring lists of cross-border e-commerce retail import goods involving trade remedy policies, enterprises are required to follow the reporting requirements outlined in the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 7 of 2018. Specifically, in the remarks column of the last declaration element in the list body, add the declaration content ” |<><><><><>|” followed by ” |Accompanying Document Number, Product Serial Number|”.
The accompanying document number refers to the pre-declared number for the specific product. If multiple items share the same accompanying document, the document number may be reused.
