- Attached is the List of Common Commodities of Imported Goods with Formula Pricing
- Imported goods other than the Commodity List can also apply to the customs for examination and approval of the duty-paid price based on the settlement price determined by the pricing formula agreed by the buyer and the seller if they meet the requirements of Article 2 of the Announcement
General Administration of Customs No.15, 2015
- It will take effect on May 1, 2015 and the previous announcement will be abolished
- The announcement of using formula pricing to determine the customs value of goods shall be applicable before August 31, 2021 (including that day);
- Commodities priced by formula are no longer listed in detail
General Administration of Customs No.44, 2021
- It will take effect on September 1, 2021, and the previous announcement will be abolished
- Amend the requirements for filling in customs declaration forms under the condition of formula pricing for imported goods
- Cancel “After the implementation of the formula pricing contract, the customs will implement the total amount verification.”
