The following export commodities are not subject to market procurement trade: (1) commodities prohibited or restricted by the state; (2) Commodities not purchased in the recognized market gathering areas; (3) commodities that have not been confirmed by the commodity identification system for market purchases; (4) commodities settled in cash; (5) commodities determined by the competent department of trade control that are not applicable to market procurement trade methods.
