Aircraft and ships should be effectively treated with mosquito control, and their responsible persons, carriers, agents or consignors should actively cooperate with health quarantine work. Anti-mosquito treatment shall be carried out for aircraft and ships from Nigeria without valid anti-mosquito certificates and containers and goods found with mosquitoes.
